In cases where hands-on evaluation or specialized techniques are necessary, we recommend seeing a pelvic health therapist or another appropriate trusted provider in person. Certain concerns can worsen without proper in-person assessment, so your safety and best outcome will always guide our recommendations.

No referral is needed. You can start your journey whenever you’re ready by booking directly through our website.

No special equipment is required — just a private space, a yoga mat or towel, and a stable internet connection. You’ll receive recommendations if any simple tools could enhance your progress (like bands, small dumbbells, balls or other therapeutic tools).
